TMZ released video of altercation where James Harden reportedly apart of, according to the police report. During the video, you can hear a woman talking as she names drops “James Harden” as she is recording the altercation.

“We out here and we got James Harden right here,” the women says. “He’s like about to– James Harden about to fight somebody. I don’t know what going on.”

According to TMZ, while the woman was video tapping, Harden grabbed her phone and threw it, so it could not be sold. A member of Hardens crew later handed her $200 and Harden $300 for her phone.

According to Yahoo.com, Scottsdale police confirmed that as of now Harden is not a suspect. What Harden forgot is if it is in a public place then she has the right to video tape or take pictures.
